Thank you for this. Yes, I have watched and read so much of Esther Perel. She has been a lifesaver. That does take such maturity to imagine on your part, to imagine your future self when the allure of the unfamiliar has worn off. If only I would have done the same. Or gone even further and imagined my future self after it was all over and so much had fallen apart because of it.
