Couldn’t agree more. Just reading those two words, “I’m sorry,” got to mean. Yes, those are so powerful. Where “Fuck ‘yall” are about boundaries (and in a way self-respect…and again, I never come out and say that), “I’m sorry” is about empathy and letting go of ego and being right…all essential to healthy communication and connection.
